Al Qaeda involved in attacks;that statement is given by the head of india's elite National Security Gurad(NSC)

NSC director General J. K. Dutt told in international seminar organised by the "National Bomb Data Cente that Mumbai terror attack was a daring attempt by the Taliban, Al Qaeda & we want to shape our policies of three sovereign nations that include the oldest and the largest democracy.
mr Dutt said," there is growing concerns over the covergence of the objectives of terrorist organisations such as Al Qaeda and LeT.The mumbai terror attack of november 26 last year represents this covergence of interests.

Mr Dutt comments came a day after a video recording a top Al Qaeda commander warning india of more mumbai-style terror attacks if it tried to attack Pakistan.
